Md Rubel received his B.Sc. in Chemistry from Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2023. During his undergraduate studies, he gained broad training across physical, inorganic, and organic chemistry, as well as advanced topics including spectroscopy, coordination chemistry, and industrial chemistry. He was awarded the Dhaka Education Board Merit Scholarship in recognition of his strong academic performance. His research involvement included projects on pharmaceutical synthesis (acetaminophen and aspirin), heterocyclic compound synthesis, and studies on atmospheric pollution in Dhaka, and he is currently preparing a manuscript on long-term anthropogenic emissions in Bangladesh. In August 2024, he joined the NanoElectroChemistry Laboratory (NECL) at Daegu University, where he began his graduate research in Chemistry. His technical expertise spans organic and solid-state synthesis, chromatography, spectroscopy (UV–Vis, IR, FTIR, NMR, GC–MS, HPLC), electrochemical methods, BET surface area analysis, PXRD, and electron microscopy (SEM, AFM). His current research interests focus on electrocatalysis and energy materials, with particular emphasis on transition metal–doped nanostructures for nitrogen reduction, fuel cells, and water splitting.
